Overall great build so I voted +1. Great AS/on hit teemo! I prefer hybrid but if I did AS id do yours. Im not a fan of frozen mallet but because you suggested alternatives I give it to you. Id rather use trinity for similar effects. Trinity could be a very good one for teemo. He has enough AS to keep the slow on and still get a fair amount of HP/MP, on hit damage from shean and more.

For masteries Id take strength of spirit instead of dodge and since you have so much life perseverance would be nice for +4% hp being like 100. Only big draw back is no AP for his dart and shrooms meaning more direct fights but you have the toughness. It like to see some more balance for AP.

Nice to see a teemo who can escape with flash + ghost and take damage and just kill with on hits.

For me teemo is first thing a stealth/scout. If in stealth you will not get the stacks of malady and wits. But neither of those is as bad a draw back as say black cleaver or rage blade where without stacks on those they are not very good.

Personally, I like The Black Cleaver because of the armor reducing passive goes well with Malady... Otherwise I like your build:D

I don't think getting all that mpen is really necessary, you could look in to getting AS marks/quints and then running a voidstaff as a 6th item. This lets you have a strong early game and shred through tanks later. Btw one of your main summoner spells is heal...or is it just glitching for me?. +1

I'm not gonna vote, since I think that you can work on some things.
Are you building tank teemo?
merc treds and warmogs?
Heal is pretty useless IMO. You should take ignite or flash or something. Ghost is always nice.
Otherwise, I think this is a pretty nice build. But keep in mind that "on-hit" is best when you can actually hit them many times.
I think that 1.3 attack speed isn't fast enough.

If you work on it a bit more, I think this would be a great build.
