why not tear instead of catalyst? do u really need all the hp from rod of ages? sorcerers shoes are most always better early game than cdr boots. u should be adding either only to attack or attack/dissonance both. u put too much in dissonance to be honest and thats a big reason for all of your mana problems.

I'm not sure how you're running out of mana with this build, could you be more specific? If you mean early game, it's because Orianna has mana problems, but the build. but even then as long as you know how to manage your mana you shouldn't ever be OOM, because I certainly never find myself out of mana, unless I've avoided basing for a long time and I've been fighting.
