So, while browsing the LoL forums for updates on when servers are coming back up, I ran into this thread. Really great stuff, incorporates the chinese splash art into the client. Check it out.

Pretty old news. Doesn't let you patch normally sometimes. Just like custom skins except a lot less troublesome.
