Jungle Nocturne - Ehh, What's Up, Noc?
Shouldn't "Bad at laning", be under cons? Idk, its a little naggy, but thats the only bad thing I could say about, its a solid build.

The path you used is superior
Superior starts at double golems and works to blue buff :)
Now you mention it, the IE does sound like a MUCH better choice, changing that now!
