I agree to the T1 list, but I don't think that Kennen and Teemo belong there. They are more in the upper T2.
Vladimir is not T2 worthy, his nerfs hit him really hard and he is one of the worse dps caster at the moment, T4 imo.
I would put Jungle Maokai T2, he has to be one of the best counterjunglers ingame.
Decent list overall.

This is WuWRONG. AD stacking is the best way to play Wukong for team fight usefulness. Don't even need too much tankiness due to Decoy.
Trinity is an inferior choice and should only be done if enemy team is majority tanky DPS, which it isn't nowadays. Trinity focuses on anti-carrying, and Wukong does a bad job of this. People just build him tanky DPS when he has some of the best AD ratios in the game.

This, Wukong should be played as a "Scary as ****" version of Blind Monk, just stack *** loads of AD.
TF is decent, but it's WAY too expensive.
I can see Atmog's on him if you're getting bursted 100-0% by an annie, but otherwise i wouldn't really get many defensive items.
Any time i see a wukong, i try to combo him as fast as possible, do as much damage as possible without leaving him reaction time for decoy.
Tri lane for life.

Cass also should be T1. One of the most picked AP caster I've seen in all these high elo streams (both NA and EU)
Wukong is also a T2 champ, amazing solo top. Build him like irelia and gg

Just because it's often picked doesn't mean it's the best. She's strong but not strong enough to be banned every game.

He got fixed and with those fixes were some indirect nerfs/buffs. There was no total change about him lol.
