Of COURSE this is the best...

With 10 seals of Vitality, you'll heave a REAL edge over your opponent! Exp quints are also too OP!

Other things I disagree with...

Mejais is an awful item, no matter what, always. I see hordes of noobs lose games because of it, and any time it is bought in a competitive match, the team immediately loses. It's a poor short term investment, and a risky long term one simultaneously. Awful item, and even worse on a very squishy build like this. Honest to God, even Leviathan would have been a better choice than Mejai's.

Thanks to comment my build and for helping me to improve it...really i was wandering how to take the pics of spells...
i will change my build soon adding some resist items because is not a bad idea :)

Full AP Morde is weak, because he's a "bad caster" due to his spells ranges. Without any resists you're a free kill. Take another look at your items, test new builds. :)

Don't forget to use Bold, Underline and more colors to point out important things. (check the toolbar above the text box)
Also try to organize things, for example:
- Write what it will give, how it would help, when to get it etc.

It will be easier to read. :)
