Competitive Solo Lane Jarvan IV
Nice guide, though I have to ask, why no ignite? As a solo top ignite is always very good to have to go for kills imo.
Teleport brings a lot of utility, as I said in the guide, so I can't see taking Ignite over it being a very good choice. Your job in the top lane is to farm, farm, farm, and you shouldn't have killing your enemy laner be the number one priority.
