Nice guide, Cass is my main and your item and rune builds are almost identical to what i use (i get rylai's last unless i'm getting focused hard). I do however prioritise Q and E over W. As Q has the highest AP ratio and base damage for better harass, as well as the move speed boost and E is your main source of damage after you finally get that stun/slow off on them. W however at this time is brilliant for checking bushes so i normally grab 1 point in it at 4.

Apart from that tho great setup and guide.

It would be pretty stupid to insta-kill an entire creep wave in early game. You'll be incredibly vulnerable to ganks. And furthermore, your creep score won't suffer when you can last-hit well.
