Here's the thing... He's a new champion. Everyone wants their guide to be the best so, everyone whit a Skarner guide will DV your guide.
My advice, archive your Skarner guide. Re-release it in about a week. Tell people about it again. Results may vary.

You don't. Just flat out re-release it. Remake it. Copy/paste everything over. It will show back up in the new guide listings. That's why you don't see a ton of the "experienced people" on the site putting out a guide for a champ within the first few days of his/her/it's release. It will be DV-ed into oblivion.

Actually, you should probably wait a month before making a guide for a new champion.
