Brand has two things preventing him from becoming a good Morellos>Rylai's canidate.

1. Super long cooldowns.

2. Super high damage.

What this means, is that you will benefit MUCH more from adapting a burst-mage role as apposed to a sustained dps caster role.

To do this, you have to get as much AP as possible early on.

With an early deathcap, you make this happen.

Most high level brand players (read: Bigfatlp, Shushei, Reginald) will rush an early deathcap, then get either void staff, rod of ages, or Rylai's.

After that they all build situational items, usually getting a DFG and a defensive item like GA or Banshee's.

I find rushing Rabadon's is a great way to get fed early game, then the items after just add to the effect. Whatever works for you though :)

Like i said the last 2 items are completely your personal preference, i prefer straight damage/CDR, but you could also go for an item that gives survivability too. It's just your call on that one. Thanks for the tips :)

Good glass-cannon build. IMO you need some more defense and at least list the possibility of buying mana items if the need arises.

not trying to be a **** but anyone with boots and 3 health pots will wreck u early, then when u go back u might now even be able to afford boots let alone a blasting wand...good build but u dont have enough defense imo. morellos tome, is kinda bad this late the only good thing about it is the CDR that late, its better to get bansheis, or a GA or even an abysall scepter...watch some of the high lvl ppl play brand like reginald, u will get a better understanding of how to maximize the use of a mage.
