Building a support hero... Item selection

HoH/Philo/BV/Shurellia's etc than building a normal build for an AP character , but ofc focusing more on survivability and cc-oriented items other than becoming a second AP carry. I know it aint the best setup but combined with tristana @ bot and stun/deathfire/shatter it was about a 2k nuke xD.
