Same that I would max out my Sigil first. Im a Le Blanc main and I have to say... GhostTeleport dosent work..
Flash Ignite would definitely be better

Flash Teleport is also quite good as if your opponent over extends, just warp in and voila :D

Lastly, I absoultely HATE MEJA as well, you die quite often don't you? Unless you guarantee me that you are absoultely gonna stay alive then Meja will help you.

Thanks Johfo for your words on my skill sequence, I hadn't even noticed the big gap inbetween Sigil's leveling at first. I also added Banshee's Veil for my final defensive piece which has worked wonders.

Thanks for your suggestions just1rape, I actually found building RoA more beneficial and taking Flash instead of Ghost was also so much better. Banshee's for my final defensive piece definately helped me out a lot as well :)

Nice work, see u put some time into it. Lots of leblanc builds out but you dared to be different and I'll try it out.

Maximizing Sigil of Silence is much better imo. Ghost Teleport doesnt fit, try flash ignite instead. they work wonders with her. I'd go for a Rylai's Crystal Scepter instead of archangel's. also adding a void staff and Banshee's veil.

this build just doesn't fit, try out some other leblanc builds as "leblanc - Insane Mid". get some inspiration?

Arch staff instead or RoA? Nty. You don't really need ghost, take flash to triple flash, 99% safe. And where is the defensive items? I don't see them, sorry. -1

Ghost teleport? no

Mejai's is pretty unreliable on Leblanc unless used for pub stomping since her late-game is weak. It's a waste of gold that could have gone elsewhere.
