Well call me a troll and throw me on the rocks!.Well.I took the time and saw the build as well as the comments.I swear i could never imagive that actually Garen's Judgment does crit!.In the tooltip as well it doesnt say anything similar.Although i am not 100% sure if the 3rd build would work well that doesnt matter so much right now.Many things here prove that you know what you are doing and you are not just applying some random thoughts.+1 and +rep from me.
Thanks, I spent countless games playing garen fine tuning everything i could think of, even still, there are probably a few token things I have forgotten to mention.

Not only does it say so on any major forum (Mobafire, Leaguecraft, SoloMid, LoL forums etc) it's been tested in game as well.
it crits dude, trust me. so many countless times i have watched a minion wave of six die to my spinning in the center of them so that it hits them all, and they take damage at different rates, some die a lot sooner than others, and those that die sooner are the ones that have been critted on. watch closely you will see the ones that have been critted, a little sword pops up and u hear a crit sound. just go check it out. don't listen to random people on forums. on a release notes about a few months ago they announced that garen's spin does indeed crit during the patch preview.
No it doesn't. People are all mistaken about this.
Garen's spin does NOT crit. It does NOT apply crit damage. It scales off AD, and then that bonus ad scales off crc.
If you have 250% CrD, 80 AD and 25% CrC, you will do the same damage with your spin as if you just had 80 AD and 25% CrC.
garen's spin does crit. watch closely as you spin on someone, you will see a small little sword looking thing pop up over something it crits on, and it will make a 'crit sound' effect as well. also, while your moves are on cooldown, your will auto attack twice or three times with exactly 42% chance to crit. you swing more if you pop youmuu too.
