Well, if you get a Morello's and a blue elixir, you'll get 39% CDR (20% from Morello's, 10% from blue elixir, and 9% from masteries. The cap is at 40% and the 1% difference doesn't change much. I prefer Banshee's Veil because as Brand you will be focused, and that bubble will save you from a stun or other cc.

I would get rid of Banshees Veil for some more CD reduction because of his long abilties but that is just a personal adjustment and an opinion so just keep on going good build!

Correct. If you read my item section, it will explain that I put morello's in my build if your team refuses to give you the blue buff. It is a somewhat optional item, if your team always gives you the blue buff, then it is not needed. As to having early max CDR or a Void Staff, it is very situational. Brand has kinda long CDs on his abilities, around 7-8 seconds on his W and E combo with 9% CDR. With the max 40% CDR, it is down to 4-6 seconds.
That means you can pull off more of your combos and you have a shorter CD on your stun, which could save a life. If the enemy team is super tanky and everyone has over 100 MR. Then I would suggest getting the void staff first. Another note is that this is a team-oriented game. Brand can just spam his damage and stun, and let his teammates finish the job. It's great to get kills, but it feels better to win as a team.

u shouldnt buy morellos before ur void staff, since everyone will get mr against a good brand pretty early. also, cdr is more usefull in longer, lategame teamfights where u should have blue buff and pot.
