that is purely subjective. if you have that 6300 IP, I would suggest that you research all of the 6300 IP champs. If you find one that you think fits your play style, get them. It all depends on you

Personally, i enjoy playing twitch, kennen, vladimir. I also want to buy galio and kog'maw. To be honest, my favorite champs are 3150 or even 1350. Most of the 6300 champs are a little overrated. My favorite is Udyr, and hes 3150. I always play him.

The first two I tried in 6300 were Ezreal and Vladimir and I ended up buying Ezreal. I just love jumping back and forth spamming the **** out of my abilities almost like they were OP basic attacks. I also love Vladimir and may very well end up buying him soon.
Although I have seen Twitch and Kennen run entire games practically by themselves. But you weren't asking for the best. :P
As Chaotic said, it just depends on which suits your preferred play style. The best aren't the most expensive.

Lol i would say my Udyr is a survival Udyr. It focuses on staying alive while putting sustained damage down. The alternate items give you the ability to put more damage on if you have no trouble staying alive. The mid game is just hard because you lack the needed bulkiness. Late game is where Udyr shines, and any experienced Udyr player would agree.
