I buy rabadons deathcaps to get ALOT of ap, as that makes me able to take out enemies with 3 spells. I play max ap annie thats why i pick those runes and ofcouse soulstaler i only good if u dont die all the time but, thats how i play her and i play good with her.

Stacking gives you nothing, only a giant target over the head that screams "kill me instant"

Mejajs Soulstealer is way too risky at that build.
