when i play soraka i usually grab a tear and rush an evil tome. most for mana/regen and cdr.

she especially needs it now for her heal..

well yeah, but i hate how you can't double buff yourself. imo you should get more mana for casting on yourself, even a 150% mana is fine. taric still heals 140% if he heals himself.

I think, Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration+ Doran's Ring+ Meditation should be enough...

Soraka is no longer a heal spamming support...

Sorry, late to the party. Just about to go test new soraka out. How do you suggest building her? Heavy AP still? And I've seen some fuss about starcall. Worth levelling it up before any of the others affter the rework?

lol yeah, obviously maxing infuse first.


i was just in a game and while i wasnt mana starved i still miss the double mana on self cast.

i still think rushing morellos is the way to go too. that cdr.

EDIT: You need mana? get AA staff, starcall spam gets it full really fast XD...'course me and my RoA were doing just fine...
