leviathan might be a good item if u r having a good start, but i totally disagree the starting vampiric along with the bloodthirsters.black cleaver is much more appropriate as it in fact gives u more dmg + you apply its stacks with your w + it gives AS that is faster fury whereas bloodthirster gives 5 more dmg but that is if you don't consider the cleaver's armor debuff and plz....many ppl consider bloodthirster a good item coz of its bonus as you kill but srsly its way too volatile to be useful (i don't like it on 99% of the heroes). 1 bloodthirster is not good 2 is totally ****.BTW u should consider atmas impaler...an item made for renekton..gives u tankiness with rly good damage and synergizes well with the hp from mallet.
