Lol. You can't say that IE-Teemo is worse than hybrid. I'd say that both are as good as each other but certainly IE-Teemo isn't atleast the weaker one. Pretty hard on early game though. Cause you are usually half of the game with just your boots of speed.

Yeah, don't go crit with teemo it's a bad idea, even if you do kill people with 2-3 hits you won't be helping your team much mushrooms wise. I've taken half of peoples life away just as hybrid Teemo and 2/3 peoples life away as full AP. Going crit with Teemo doesn't put Teemo's abilities up to their full potential.

well you can sell the boots for black cleaver.. i sovetimes do it.. BUT the enemies die 2-3 hits as i said... Also you dont need teleport.. You Go Fast As Hell With "W" so you go preety fast everywhere

You can't pick Archaic Knowledge with just one point in Sorcery and teleport is actually usable. I don't like your build neither, but those are real mistakes. You probably should take Black Cleaver.
