I'd suggest choosing another Seal besides Potency. Also you might be building Rod of Ages a little late. I haven't tested it personally (no down vote) but I don't build a Rod of Ages past the 20 minute mark. Wit's End seems a little weak here as well. When I play Cho most of my damage seems to come from abilities and not auto attacks. Atma's Impaler for the same reason as Wit's End doesn't seem like the best choice. Also Good Hands > Perseverance.

Hmmm UPvoted. Nice build however could definitely be more glass cannon. This is definitely a more balanced one, but thats a good thing i guess :) Put reasons you took each item.

Hmm I still don't get it.

Says his a glass cannon when you got 9-0-21 into utility you shouldn't call him that, but yeah it's an interesting build even though I don't think it would work probably I personally like going into deffence and go into more AP items then the AD, AD is more for a jungle cho'gath and going hybrid AP/AD as well as getting tanky is quite a challenge.
