It costs 3000g, gives you 1370 health, and 40 hp/5.
Shall we compare Warmog's Armor to Will of the Ancients?
Will of the Ancients gives you 80 ap, 25% spell vamp, and gives your whole team 30 ap and 25% spell vamp.
Warmog's Armor gives you 1370 health and 40hp/5.
With your build+WotA, save the AP runes (I'll get to those later), you have 250ap.
With a single rotation of spells, this will restore roughly 545(707-162) health when you have a full minion wave to target.
Your ultimate will restore a very large amount of health as well.
In general, items such as WotA, or items like spirit visage(when you already have some form of spell vamp or lifesteal) are superior to straight up health items, especially on a character who is as tanky as mordekaiser is.
As for the AP runes.
AP Quints: Good.
AP/LvL Quints: Bad.
AP/LvL Seals: Bad.
AP/LvL Glyphs: Good.
