You ever had one of those epically even games? Only to sit and wait for ten minutes as your opponents sit under their turret just inside of their base daring you to fight under it so they can try to win the fight and push you into your base? I have and it drives me crazy. My solution? Implement King of The Hill. After a certain amount of time a random area becomes visible on your mini map. Inside this are is a "hill" what does it do? Well if you and your team push to it, hold it for a period of time resulting in a capture BOOM you just netted yourself some EXP and gold possibly even a team wide buff. Why would this be in line with what Riot wants? (Faster games) Well it would force a team fight for one, put a bonus in the court of whichever team won the fight and permit teams a chance to push. IT ALSO would mean that games could be more up in the air because it's not the "lazy ***" my team has pushed to your base turrets so we are going to set back, farm minions, and let our minions push to kill turrets gameplay that a lot of people end up getting stuck with because their team feeds or is more focused on jungling rather than actually pushing an open lane. I'm sure this idea won't ever make it to fruition but it would be an interesting way to give us everything we want in a Game of LoL and give Riot what they want too. More monerr I mean more games taking less than an hour to finish.

Indeed if there is a base hug from the opposite team, and you can not push, then you just need to wait for the buffs ... They give you a good edge, right ?
