Cause early on into the game (i would say first gank) Ghost is a LOT more usefull than flash. Flash is (for me) most of a defensive skill than an offensive one on Master Yi.

Early is really essential on a jungler Yi, it'll make hell or heaven for you, you can't wait to be unstoppable because of the Youmuu, that's why with Ghost + Ulti, noone can flee from you, even if you are CC.

Even after, having Ghost help you for backdoor, you can use Ulti+Youmuu+Wuju to get a tower down than use Ghost to go away. With flash, your enemy can follow you if he has flash too.
