Rushing Rabadons is key to dominating early as Annie and one nuking the opposing mid. And Mejais is not viable when you are playing against a skilled team. just for when ur messing round on ur smurf. Still a solid guide.

I thought I said that if you're doing well, then get it, if not, then substitute for something else... Maybe I didn't. But it's what I intended. I haven't had issues using it as a core item.
