My buddy uses this and says he wrecks mid with it!

Awesome thanks for the tips. Still getting used to everything here so I'll go ahead and clean it up a bit.

First of all, to make your guide look better, use icons. It is pretty straightforward, just type [ [ Morgana ] ] (delete the spaces) and you'll get Morgana.
You can use this for items, champions, runes, masteries, you name it. Alternatively you could use [ icon = Morgana size = 30 ] to get if you want to alter the size of the picture.

I would also suggest to use colors or use bold or italic text to emphasize certain important parts of the text.

As for the guide itself, your skilling order seems mostly correct, however I don't fully understand why you don't max Tormented Shadow first, since I'm pretty sure there will be a turning point when the enemy caster minions will not die if you keep it at rank 3. I would personally max Tormented Shadow on lvl 9.
Also I would replace Zhonya's Hourglass with Morello's Evil Tome since the buff on her ultimate makes Zhonya's not extremely necessary while getting CDR on her (more than the 15% you have now) is a must (see what I did there? ^^).

Finally there are some sections that are missing in my opinion, you could/should discuss how to play in lane, what to do in teamfights, who Morgana counters and who counters her etc. (of course if you don't want to do this, by all means don't. It would increase the quality of the guide a whole lot however)
