Havoc increases BASE damage. So no items, no runes, no other masteries are taken into consideration on the 5% buff.
If a champion has 100 base damage and has +9000AD from items it will still give that person only 5AD.
Same for spells. Base amount without penetration/ap bla bla bla.

Increases your physical damage and magic damage by 5%.
My question is wether or not it boosts all your damage by 5%, or only your base damage by 5%
Let's say you got a Nunu with Havoc, 100AP (AP ratio 100%) and lv 5 Ice Blast that deals 275 Base Damage:
A) 275 x 1.05 + (100 x 1.0) = 388.75 Magic Damage?
B) 275 + (100 x 1.0) x 1.05 = 393.75 Magic Damage?
- Without Havoc: 275 + (100 x 1.0) = 375 Magic Damage!
A or B? Which is calculated correctly with Havoc?
