it seems like a copy off some of the recommended items and some of the other guides on here just not my style of playing every build has a hextech in it

The Guide over all looks fair enough so i do not intend to downvote,but i dont approve it either.

I would mark 2 things as bad:
1st masteries.
2nd runes: glyphs to be exact. (very minor, from math point of view)

you talk about wasting ofensive tree talents?

Thats about all uses very strongly and is usefull:

Runes:

are giving 0,99 AP
are giving 0,17 AP per lvl

0,99 / 0,17 = 5.82
meaning at lvl 6 we have more AP than from flat ones

so if we look for more dmg for scaling ap ones are better.

I know someone has already posted this but I would definitely consider putting one point into your W way earlier (level 4). Not only does it help with harass and self healers, but it can also help with 1v1 skirmishes when used to buff your shunpo. It may not seem like a lot, but 15% reduced damage can help more than you think.

I tried it out and had some pretty damn good games even though im noob with kata
