Played with you earlier, and you beat my ***! xD Very nice build. Having played against it, I can say it's quite effective.

The build has been updated to what I feel is much better at the support role, despite peoples' complaints of lack of magic pen and damage.

My build had already stated 2, the philo stone and heart of gold. It was in the text. I didn't want magic pen as support, the AP was to scale the the bubble while I improved the heal. I find the leash to be the most beneficial in saving lives. Clairvoyance is a good swap for heal I think, the heal saved lives before in a pinch, which is why I like it.

I did make a few minor changes, thanks for the suggestions. I'll give it a trial run maxing bubble instead of heal. Much better.

I'm sorry but, Soul Shield should never be maxed last and Heal is a bad spell in general.
Your runes are bad.
Try something more like this:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration
Greater seal of replenishment
Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power
Greater Quintessence of Ability Power

If you're being support, you want to be taking Clairvoyance and at least 2 GP 5 items. Your build only states one. I'd love to see this become better than it is though.

I can try to come up with a more in depth strategy.

I may even record some of the games I play and make commentary.

Can you post more strategy with this build?
