I would recommend you change your masteries. Good hands is very much so superior to Perserverence, especially in your case. Your regen rates are only about 30 per 5s for hp and mana, meaning perserverence is only giving you a bonus of 1 per 5 seconds, where good hands could mean winning or losing, as you can cut 10s or more from your respawn timer.

Attack Speed wont mean anything late game if you dont have Damage. You simply can't rely on your luck for critical hits. Last Whisper is a must on Ashe because of the late game damage it will produce when the enemy is stacking armor. Armor Pen is sometimes overlooked but it is EXTREMELY important for an AD carry.

Good items but, I would switch out Last Whisper for another Phantom Dancer, will help with more crits and a ****load of attack speed.

Attack speed is VERY viable but if you didnt read the summary, i said you can tweak the build as you please. you just sound like a child whining about how others use Ashe. I have tried numerous Ashe builds and this one seems to work the best.

This is the thing u dont understand. Blue runes are Magic runes! u can get AD for them, and it will suck. AS the same. CD redution, meh... not that great for ashe, but it's possible...
MR runes aren't good and common for AD carries?? what game are u playing m8? Every1 use blue MR for carries, u can check out pro builds solomid.net they all do...
I do think that he should have gone for MR per lvl, not flat, cause as u said, in bot lane u will face another AD carry, so u dont need early MR. Late game U will need that MR. At a point of the game where 1 AP carry combo kills u, this runes can save u and win the team fight.

Your build is almost perfect. almost. here are my tips:

-Getting that Catalyst there makes no sense... Why u need it at that point?
-love the runes, however per lvl NR is better than flat. As that guy who stupidly down voted said, and he is right actually about that, u dont need early MR since at bot lane ull face another Ad carry. However, late game MR is super important, since any AP carry can nuke u down if u get into a bad spot
-maybe throw in another doran's blade
Other than that, perfect build.
About the guide, it's a bit short. Add some info. Also add Exhaust as a possible spell. The meta currently is Flash+exhaust for AD carries, to chase,escape,duel, and most importantly not allowing offtanks to kill u in team fights.

Seems like you newbies don't know you stuff I'll try explain it a little.

An AD carry would benefit more from other runes like atk speed, AD or CD redu. Why? Because winning your lane is the most important but you fools think MR would help much against another AD carry? Of course not your to foolish, countering the mid is just foolish countering your lane, now that's the real way around. If you don't win your lane you can't do anything even though you got that puny little MR so thumb me down or w/e I'll still beat the **** out of you, because I know how to counter what I lane against unlike you who knows who to counter all others exept those you lane against.

Try look on things in a wider perspective for a change.

Magic resistant is very common on AD carries If you don't have those U'd be one combo ko'd by bikers like brand or veigar. So far looks good! Tho it's a very cimilar to others (can't criticize because it's not like the items are wrong :P) +1
