Alright, based on the feedback on this build, I did some additional testing and made some adjustments I really like. Namely Riven's demand for lifesteal for sustaining lane, and front loading AD to improve her early-mid performance. I ran quite a few games with this revamp last night and I like it quite a bit.

Hello, I can't agree more with Adreyu : first of all, the title of your guide is amazing, then I must admit I'm not fond of Trinity Force on Riven. In my opinion, Bloodthirster ALL THE WAY !

I like what you've done here its not bad :P and the title makes me happy.
3 things i would change though just in items. get wriggles lantern right after your boots because you really do need the lifesteal and damage, get infinity edge before the attack speed because again riven craves the damage, also you can trade it out for bloodthirster late game. and change trinity force to black cleaver because its cheaper and trinity force is just kind of unecessery for her. but thats just my opinion, and some friendly advice :) good build
