Anyways not effective how?
I'd love to hear what you'r missing in this build.
With this build you ll have a perfect laning phase, because your sustain will let you farm and harass as much as you want.
Once you get Mallet your harass becomes deadly since there is no running.
And once you add Atma's your attacks start to hurt a lot.
When you want to seriously beat someone up you use your ult, it will be off cool-down in no time again anyway.
You lvl up E 1st to have such an easy laning phase that it's laughable
You leave W for last because you really just need it for the interrupt early on
Just saying.
