Now I understand your concern about my choices. The main reason why I prefer Clarity instead of Ignite is because I get ganked a lot (with or without wards I still draw attention) and it's really good for that extra mana you need when dealing with both harrasing your opponent and getting out of a gank unharmed. The mana regen seals wouldn't help me so much since I don't have the time to wait to get that helpful Distortion out of there.
And the reason I take heal instead of flash or ignite is because the early game is the bread and butter to a successful LeBlanc. Later on, ignite (although true damage) won't even be necessary since you already nuke the **** out of anyone!
Of course, I may be wrong sometimes, but this is the way I play her. Thank you for your interest!
While you provide decent reasons to use heal, Leblanc is a 1v1 burst champion, and generally doesn't have to worry about her target's damage. Essentially its a battle of who can decimate the opponent's HP faster in mid, and Leblanc will usually win that battle. Not to mention, if you're skirmishing against an opponent for longer than 2 combos and auto-attacking, you're doing it wrong. Ignite ensures that a combo will kill if you need that extra boost, and scales far better into the late game than both heal and clarity.
Just a suggestion.
