Never use frozen heart and thornmail together. Your logic makes no sense if you are going to kill people by taunting them. Frozen Heart slow's attack speed.. I don't even nkow

This is a solid build. It's very similar to how I build Rammus and I truly kill everyone. People don't realize that to have the best Rammus you must be able to take some damage, rather then avoid damage. With frozen heart it gives you enough mana which many people ignore.

I will be using this :)
