Good guide and explanation. I used to max [Drain] and [Terrify] all the way too, and it was very effective. But now, I get it earlier and the sheer range on the skill makes it a great pester so that you can really finish once you get the chance to get in close. So even if you don't level it up all the way until the late game I would definitely get at least one point around level 3 or 4 for the damage output early game. Other than that, it's a good guide and item selection.

I don't that dark wind as being that useful, i prefer the extra time of the fear, because it does basically the same thing that dark wind, PLUS the disable.
i mean, i do get kind of lane-pushed, but it is even good, i can get easier ganks from my jungle, and also cna kill them easier.

Pretty good guide. Fiddle is my main. I do though how ever just hit up dark wind just one as my second.The range is good the bounce clears the minions and the silence helps stop some charging champions. I do agree with your choice of summoner spells.
