You pick up the armor seals because she has terrible armor, and the ArP quints work well because you have ArP marks.

I don't go atmogs because the slow from mallet is very valuable for killing champs. She is not the best for chasing champs. Her dashes are so short you have to spam them all just to maybe catch up and get a stun. And when you spam to catch up you waste passive stacks so I think mallet is much more useful.

I tend to like it, but picking up atmas without warmog makes me wonder, i would rather pick atmogs than atmallet :/
your skill order doesn't work out either, no matter what you do, you could only max Ki burst at lvl 9 not at 8, nabs make that mistake sometimes :)
like the QSS and the Ghostblade in tandem with the bloodthirster tho, i would recommend Strength Quints since they would benefit from your Arpen reds, Arpen quints and Seals are a myth, they dont work out well together :)

I do recommend an Atmas as your 6th item. Even though I give you some other ideas. You could also drop QSS if they hardly have any AP and pick up more damage. I don't find myself needing more damage after a BT/Frozen Mallet, and generally the games don't last long enough to finish a full build.

There is no realistic way too add anything more of either beyond rune preference. You could probably put an Atma's in there at some point, but there is no other way to get the best of both worlds.

If she's built too tanky we all might as well play Irelia.

BT is bad why? And I get a phage in my build lol. The or part is only dependent on what the game is like at that point. Not that you can substitute them lol. Please at least read my guide before voting.

Seems like the go-to way to start building Riven, as after brutalizer things are up in the air depending on the game.

QSS is such a great item for her more than any other melee, since she really needs to keep chasing/running at all times.

BT, bad on raven. Phage is almost needed 90% of the time.

Yea I have been thinking about moving it in earlier, but you really need mallet for it to be affective.
