Hey,
thanks again for your comment.
Could not help but to mention you in my "shoutout" section, if that is ok for you.
If you like to I can cross link your guide as well...
That'd be cool, I am really new to posting on mobafire so I have no clue how to do these things. But I think that everyone should link their build guides as it will only create options for different play styles and Riven excels in just that
What I meant for my first point was after level three max Ki Burst first, instead of Broken Wings, then max Valor. Finally, max Broken Wings for the extra damage.
ok..cool that makes more sense, but I did try Ki Burst as first choice and it does help sometimes, but I still think Q, then W, then E...and you are completely right about maxing out Ki first then BW..then Valor...good call :) I will change that in the guide.
I am starting to think that I prefer the health per level in the seals and then put the dodge in the quintessence spots...the % amount for dodge takes a small hit, but putting health quints and dodge seals...your health drops tremendously I noticed in a build tool. But I will collect both and try them both out to see which I prefer.
I got to try out Riven in Dominion today...she is a powerhouse on that map :)
CaptainEthan,
First I would like to thank you for your input and I will definately look into these points.
For your number 1, I was looking at that after I did the post as I use exhaust on her usually always, but there have been times that I took Ghost instead...but I think exhaust would be better honestly. So I will definately change that in the build guide. I am still trying to get all the runes I need for this build, but it should be fairly sound.
For your number 2, I will look into that and see how it plays out. It sounds reasonable enough to me, though I might do Ki burst then Broken wings, then Valor, cause honestly the first three levels are easy to hit fairly early. The only real reason I took broken wings as first is that you can somewhat harass with it while still doing damage to surrounding creep. But I will try this idea and see how it fits my play style :)
For your number 3, I havent really had too much trouble with chasing down opponents, what usually ends up being the issue is that everything is in cooldown, and there are ways around that too...but 9 times out of 10, I find the extra dodge and armor is just too good to pass up early game, maybe trade them out for faster boots later game when dodge and armor is not really making much of a difference any more? But I will give those a shot still and see how it works out for me.
Again, thanks for the input and I made appropriate changes to the build.

1) In your masteries, why not get Cripple instead of Archmage's Savvy?
2) I would recommend getting Ki Burst and Valor first, then getting Broken Wings. This is for two reasons. One being leveling those reduces the cool down on them, which is necessary for your Valor then Ki Burst combo. The other is the fact that Ki Burst just hits so much damage in the early game.
3) I see why you would get the Ninja Tabi, as the dogde change is very useful, but I would recommend getting Boots of Swiftness or Boots of Mobility since Riven is not only a burst damage dealer, but a chaser at heart.
Other than those three points it seems like a pretty stable build!
