ok I have to point some fingers here.
1st: Why do your guide is a wall of text?
watch my guide there you can find a link to a guide that helps your guide to be pretty.
2nd: you lack information. 1st you should say that you are making an on-hit Kog'Maw.
3rd: your masteries. go see other guides really. You don't find almost any guide with more than 22 points in a tree and if they have 22 points they consider it too much.
4th: BBcode isn't hard to master, try it.
5th: Situatinual items are ideal, also talking bout summoner spells and such helps too.

I will not downvote becuase I like to give people a chance and your build is not half bad. Work on the written part of the guide.
Oh btw since you making as on hit kog you should aim to magic pen runes instead of armor pen because you will mainly do magic damage

You should really get madreds earlier in the build. A Kog'Maw without a Madred's is not a good Kog'Maw.

spell vamp does not work with kog's bonus magic dmg on auto attacks when using W, it really seems like u thought it did

malady is a nice item for early game. it really gives kog what he needs. some attack speed some dmg on auto attacks and some ap. but i dont like that hex tech revolver and the bloodrazer comes way too late. madreds bloodrazer is one of the most important core items on kog and he needs it as fast as possible. instead of berzerk creaves i recommend to use sorc boots. your attack speed gets boosted by your q passiv, madreds, maladay and wits end i should be high enough without berzerks. i dont like ignite on kog. kog lacks escape abilitys so i like flash ghost or exhasut on him.
