I'm fairly certain 138 IP is close to the max you can get in one game.

145 is the most you can get without any bonuses being applied. It occurs at 55 minutes and anything over that is just recorded as a 55 minute game.

See it like this. The per win IP boost and the IP boost that expire after a set amount of time can stack.
Imagine getting first win of the day in a 55 minute game with both of these IP boosts ;)
155 IP * 3 + 150 IP = 615 IP

I was being scared of starting to play ranked in season 2 due to the big amounts of rating you gain/lose. THIS IS SO BROKEN :D
