I have changed the masteries and the runes, I am not going for an AD poppy but still for an AP poppy. Tell mr if you can find some other things u might do better so i can improve my build.

Sooo your build is all sorts of messed up you have ADish runes with AP items ADish masterys. This is what you need to change if your gonna build AP Poppy
1 mpen marks the glyphs and seals are ok but you need mpen/ap quints
2 you have a point in cripple yet dont have exhaust listed as a summoner spell, Take 2 points out of Deadliness and 3 points out of Sunder casue really those are better suited for a AD build and put 4 points in Sorcery and 1 in Archaic Knowledge your building AP who doesnt want 15% spell pen 3 If your gonna use Ghost you might as well spec into it, actually going into the def tree is kind of a waste Poppys passive makes her tanky enough id recomend the uti tree
And finally 4th forget AP Poppy casue its really not all that great for Dom yea your E+Q combo is gonna do massive damage but after that you pretty much have nothing unless you get alot of cdr. In my opinion AD Poppy works out alot better
