Swain was dead long time ago, before Vayne. If you want an example, its like Yorick and Karma. I've never seen any other Karma or Yorick excluding me.

Yea I think im gonna start playing swain since not many play him. Espescially because I always see vayne's and I think im gonna be to slow on those games I really want to play vayne.

Playing as Vayne is kinda difficult if you think she's like Ashe. imo, Ashe is a safer pick if you want to improve your AD carry skills.
I got Vlad already, but Swain is nice too, just need the money (when you dont have money, you want many things. When you have it, you dont know what to buy).

Let me wrap up Swain in one word.... Ignite. If they have one or two, just try not to die when they use it on you. If they don't have ignite or any healing reduction you become just about impossible to kill.
For example, 4 people on the enemy team saw me as a threat, and decided to dive me. No ignites, no healing reduction, so I popped my ult to scare them away. I am greeted with Infinite Duress and Death Lotus, and a few other skills.
I walked away, killing two of them.
Long story short: If you get good with Swain he is a scary man.
Swain in one word.... Ignite. If they have one or two, just try not to die when they use it on you. Also, Swain has an incredibly high skill cap. He's not a Q-W-E-R caster. He takes a lot of thinking to truly master.

Yorick is just underplayed. He's plenty good.
Nobody plays Karma though because she has the "support" tag while she's meant to be played as an AP carry.
