For secret op I would say ryze. At level 3 with tear and lvl 2 bolt, level 1 trap, I can usually kill a hero alone. His harassment is just fun at that point with a
Mana regen item (tear). I think he's a secret op champ when played like a secret carry. As long as ur protected in team
Fights and they let u damage from the back ur pretty painful.

They are talking about either silenced to the bonded person, or damage+slow to the bonded person, and only slow to people who pass through it.
