When should I start buying runes?

I recommend doing some research on what runes to buy as it's a bitch to buy a specific type then not have a use for them :( don't just pick one hero to build for though. Honestly find multiple heroes u really like that share ad/ap. For me I did initially ad for ashe but got bored with her when I found ryze and had to rebut everything :([/quote]
