least rune dependant champ?

So it turns out that my old account was hacked a few days ago not that there was much in that account (horrible win loss record and like 3 champs o_o) so I have to start over. I would like to know who the least rune dependent champ is so that I can use that champ until level 20 thanks!

No champs are rune dependant, runes are just for that extra little "oomf". Once you hit mid-game, it's entirely dependant on your items and champion skills. Yi is pretty good if you just want a champ that's cheap and you can run around until lvl 30 using him savin up IP for better runes.

Mundo. 1350IP. I destroyed in a game where my only item was Doran's Shield and runes do less then items. But I do agree with B-WONG.
