Thanks for the imput! :) Ignite still has its uses as Ezreal in my opinion. Sometimes you miss that last q or someone flashes over the wall. The thing with sommoner spells with Ez for me is I almost always have exhaust ghost, if anything I take garrison instead of exhaust. But if someone has an attachment to ignite it has its uses. I understand your take on promote. This one has been back and forth for me atm. Its great for bottom lane, if you use it right away its a good push right to their turret and it can set the tone for the lane for the rest of the game. :)

You have insanely long range skillshots and an E. This is unecessary unless it is for the sake of taking down lifesteal or spell vamp dependent champions.

Promote is not a bad summoner skill. It is semi-stealthy and aids pushing the minion waves without needing priscillas blessing to hit a turret position. By using promote you know a wave of minions is empowered to get to the enemy turret as long as no one attacks them. This gives you time to get a speed boost, HP pack, and then go back to killing the remnant of enemy minions. If done properly by the time the enemy comes after you (and they should as you will harass them till you do), your minions alone could take the CP. The best defense IS offense.

Revive isn't facepalm on Dominion. It's actually pretty good but the CD ruins it. Promote just sucks.
