So yeah i just bought Irelia and i really like her, but i can't seem to get that burst that you could see in the old days. Just wondering if it is even viable, i have tried different builds, but i got no viable results.

Her burst is not badly nerfed no, but did you use W too? that true damage is eviil! Evil I telly ou!

Well i tried pretty much everything i can think of, my favourite so far is Trinity tanking (Trinity Force, Warmogs, atmas)

She is good against those, but more sustained than burst. Against squishies she's bursty.

She was super OP back in the days (almost like Xin Zhao on release (Xin could run into 5ppl and kill them all without any trouble)). She's still strong. I don't see the problem.

I really dont stay and fight against tanky-dps. I go with Q, nuke using E and go back. They either recall or stay and die.
