Got some IP built up, was thinking about buying movespeed quints. But 1.5% movespeed? It seems like it would be barely noticeable. So I'm curious, are they EVER worth it? I guess maybe on Singed? Any other champions that you really strongly recommend MS quints?

Move speed is an underutilzed stat. People don't understand the power it holds. But I'd keep saving unless you've got some generic AP/AD/Tank runes already....

MS Quints are good on every solo top champ, don't get it on the others.

It's a high value stat on like every champ. One reason that basic boots+HP pots are a solid opener for laning. You can avoid ganks, skill shots, AoE, close the distance on an enemy, overall get better positioning faster than your enemy. MS Quints+MS mastery are a strong option.

So can you actually tell the difference? I mean, I realize the importance of movespeed as a stat....but 1.5%? I mean....that seems like nothing, when you could be getting ArPen or something.
