Xerath - Siege Mode Engaged
Very nice job, the Evil Tome helped out a lot, it was the only thing wrong with my old build.

This is pretty much how I have played Xerath so far. However, one thing I don't see that you mentioned is the fact that all of Xerath's spells go through walls. I don't know if there are any other champs whose spells go through walls, but with Xerath's range this becomes awesome in team fights. Sit behind a wall from where your team has the enemy team engaged, pop Locus, and start blasting away.
Thanks for the vote. I'll add that in. Though It's worth mentioning that most skill shots or placement skills go thru walls. Your strat could be really effective tho.
