way to much flaws
ghost and exhast is pretty much the only thing u need or ghost and garrison
build is 50/50 starting off with tabi's is a good start but going straight to rageblade is a little 2 early

hextech should be the first major build then sheen after finshing rageblade then u got for either trin or lichs i go with tryn because of attack speed

with trin u would be moving around the map a lot faster more attack speed and would get a 250% proc also u get a slow that comes with u if u dont use the hex tech slow

kites razers can be a oh right choice for its att speed and the 2.5% proc but i would rather go with a more defensive item such as gaurdian angel or atma's

i seriuously felt that a 3 yr old made the masteries as they dont know how to build a mastery right
i would take 9 on defence for the dodge and the nimble then go 21 offense taking either crit or ap as the first 3
1 on improved exhast

no if you don't buy fronzen mallet buy rabadons deathcap :) so it works for u

Why do you have the cripple and the mender's faith masteries when you dont even have those 2 for your summoner's spells? And is it not a bit overkill to have both Entropy and Frozen Mallet?

because My uncle is the best league of legends player in dominion so he gave me the build so shut up ***

So why would I follow a 13 year olds build? Please explain
