While you're at it, I've recently tried Phage + pot first when my team going wm is very squishy, and it gave very positive results. pot -> flash -> Q their caster -> spin&win :)

Very nice guild and explanations there. I was just wondering why you keep saying 15% CDR is enough for Garen. In my usual build, I always go to 38% so that I can Q - E - Q in sequence. more CDR means more dmg reduction from W, more silence, more dmg and of course R. Besides this, here are some of my suggestions :

- Masteries : I'd suggest 21-9-0 for Garen, 9 in utility is a waste because you simply do not need increased XP gained in Dominion. 9-21-0 would be better with the 3% CDR
- 1 point on Q, 2 points on E, when the fight at WM starts, you pretty much get lvl 4 then so put that point on W
- Get the brutalizer right at the beginning with 1 pot (more dmg output than prospector's, good CDR, and flash -> spin deals TONS of dmg)
- Flash is very very good and the only viable gap closer for Garen, due to lack of bushes :(, I will not play a Dominion game without it
- I like the idea of movement speed for quints. but I usually go for more ArP for more burst in the beginning, unless my teammates are ******ed, it is almost guaranteed we get WM first
- If we have 25% CDR already, why not get that cheap kindlegem right after, more hp, and you get a total of 38% CDR right off the bat ?
- Atma's is very cost effective for Garen and should be built right after Phage in my opinion.

Build order : Brutalizer -> CDR boots -> Kindlegem -> Phage -> Atma's -> Entropy -> Sunfire or FoN depending on AP or AD heavy enemy
It is possible to turn Kindlegem into Spirit visage when you require that MR, a very cheap and cost effective purchase
4 seconds CD silence that lasts 2.5 sec, 11 seconds CD shield, 5-6 seconds CD judgment, 62 seconds CD ult = ownage !!
