Check out own3d and justintv, just google. I know owned uses xsplit to stream, but not sure about justintv. Livestream is also an easy option, but the quality is pretty ****py.

You can livestream on Justin.tv with Xsplit.
I just started streaming and I'll say if you don't have a good upload speed on your connection you will run into tweaking issues.

Depends on your internet, your computer, etc, but it will raise the likelihood of lag.

There's no time limit other than your own personal limit. It may cause lag if your computer isn't up to it or if you don't have a great internet connection but that's it.
